Wheel nuts

Post by Danny s »

I have just brought a set of 15" speedlines which are to replace my celica/supra rims, does anybody know if i'll need to change the nuts also or are mine already compatible ?Also the wheels i've brought have a couple of faded c/caps ,does any body know the shade of silver /code used ?? your response is eagerly awaited :D ( a bit like my alcantara headlining,2 weeks and still no sign !! ) Dan.

I cannot recall what the nuts are like on the Supra rims, the speedline ones are a flat faced nut (not tapered seat) with the diameter of the part of the nut that goes into the wheel significantly smaller than the holes in the wheels (not just clearance). Hope that helps in the absence of anybody who can give the definitive answer.

I suppose if you have the parts manual to hand (available here isn't it?) you could compare part numbers.

Well, if I was right all the time I'd get to be predictable!
