Washer motor/pump

My car failed its m.o.t today , the good thing is on only 4 little fiddly bits , 1 brake light ,1 fog light, lock nut loose on track rod end and finally inoperative screen washers.
Tried cleaning all the connections but no joy ! I'm guessing its kaput. Does anyone know what this part is common to ? or is it a lotus only part....?Any ideas. Dan.

Allegedly from a Metro (which one?) and other reports have said a replacement from Halfords does the job.

Thanks , it only screwed to the inner wing so I suppose anything similar could be utilised just to get it through the m.o.t.
