Cost when new of 85 Excel

Here in Spain I am faced with registering the 85 Excel on Spanish plates.
Total cost will be 1500 Euros, main part of which is Registration tax based on the original cost of the car.
The official table here quotes the Excel at 34.900 Euros, and 228 H.P. so I may have to query this figure.

Does anyone have an official New Sale Price, Original Purchase document, or such?

17500 Pounds. Depends on the extras. I'm not sure how Lotus could charge 469 extra for the half leather trim as wasn't it standard for the earlier excel. If you still need it I can pdf the invoice.
