It's a Tues, Wed, Thursday.

Ooh, that's enough notice to tempt me. Let me know if you would like dinner and stop over with us before we go. I may have to spring the girls from school for this (and me a school governor....) :D

As Silverstone was sort of (ie not a big de-tour!) on the way back home I went to one last year coming back from collecting my Excel.

End of April '06 - was it such a short time ago seems like I've had the car for ever :)

The cost to get in was £0 plus a nice shiny ticket and very helpful people on the gates - even when I went in the wrong way!

Chris, I 'borrowed' my Son from school for that day - well collecting a car needs two drivers.
I and he consider it a day well spent for him, education wise. Lots of driving on very different roads.

But to see and hear an F1 car in the flesh is something they just can't teach
Some of them are just driving a racing car but some are racing drivers.

Chris, thanks for the offer.
It'll be a one day thing probably 2nd or 3rd day, depending on 10day weather forcast.

See you in Luffield 2 grand stand :D
