Loyus Excel for sale
The engine was rebuilt with new sleeves pistons etc just before I bought the car from the garage near the Ryton police college. I think its now called Brooklands but it was Tony Gilbert Cars. I have the receipts for most of the cars life. I have recently fitted a new cambelt. The front suspension was all replaced a few years ago by me including springs shocks and discs. I replaced the rear discs last year. Paul Matty has just fitted a new water pump.
It was resprayed approx 4 years ago that cost £2000 and I have had the roof lining replaced with material from a Jaguar, but the wrong glue was used and it needs attention. I just have not had the time to fix it. There are 6 wheels because I run bigger tyres on the rear so I have 2 spares.
I use semi synthetic oil and do not need to top it up between the annual services.
It is a great drive and is worth looking at.
and i only drive approx 1000 miles a year. The trim is half leather, I think its Connoly hide.
