I see that the same seller ("iantheleotard") is also selling an Esprit keyring from the same era, also at £100. Seems a little ambitious I'd say. Mind you he's also trying to sell a Jag one for £250

I decided when seeing this to trawl for bespoke key fob manufactures to see what they charge to make some 'copies'.

Funnily, there is this great company in Chelmsford which is spookily where the ebayer comes from.

Ive made these before for my local car clubs......and they never cost much more than £10~£12 ea.....
small numbers.....good quality enamel and leather backed
