Headlight pod removal

How easy is it to remove a headlight pod? Are there any instructions out there?

The easiest way I've found is to remove the headlight and then use that 7" hole to access both pivot bolts, when they are out you can then get to undo the activation rod. You can access the bolts via the engine bay if the bonnet is off, but access is more restricted that way.

Dont forget to pop off the push rod

Assuming your motor is good, be careful operating the lift motor with the pod removed you can jam the arm in to the body as it will fall to a pointing down position. Or remove the arm from the motor side.
