But to be honest, the car wouldnt fit in the garage, and i have enough trouble keeping the kids round here off my old triumph 1500, so i dread to think what they would do to a Lotus, Plus im a scruffy sod, and would feel a right fraud in a gleaming Lotus, so another dream has passed im afraid.
A friend of mine bought a turbo in 1985, and he passed the sales blurb onto me many years ago, they are green in colour, about 5 pages of glossy photos covering the Esprit turbo, Esprit series 3 and the Excel.
They are in good condition and i have three of them, two of which have the current (For 1985) price list , for instance, the Turbo is listed at £31900, air con an extra £1260!!
All very interesting!
Also a similar brochure for the Elite and Eclat with price listings.
is anything really free you ask?
Well no, not really, id like a small donation to go to Cancer resarch UK, and as my wife is running in the race for life (next month i think it is), so id accept your word that you will, say, drop a fiver into anyone you know is also doing the race for life - it all goes to the same charity, so it doesnt matter who collects it really.
So i have three of the Esprit/excell, and one of the Elite/Eclat, so all i will need is your address which you can pm me, or you can collect from Aintree.
If someone wants the whole lot and will put say a tenner into the fund, thats fine.]
I also have a nice sales brochure for the TVR 350/390 and one for the
Marcos
cheers
