Fan switch relay

For all those wiring gremlins we love, this is the place to discuss them.

Fan switch relay

Post by Radar »

My cooling fan doesn't seem to be cutting in. Do I need a new relay. If so, are they easy to fit?

Thanks for any tips/advice

Check the otter switch in the top hose first. Check is easy - just short across the two terminals and the fan should cut in immediately. If it does - it's the switch that has gone.
