Oz, I'll be going (weather permitting).

I usually go to the Breakfast Club meetings with my freind Andrew, who has a 5 litre Chimera, and don't have to many problems keeping up with him  .

Should be there between 8:30 and 9:00.

We should hopefully see you in the paddock.

Great morning out at Goodwood. Did the run in a convoy of 2 MR2's, 2 TVR Chimeras and 2 Esprits :D .

Saw 2 Excels there. One I Think was yours Oz and the other one I've no idea who owns.

Any how, I took a few pics for everyone to see.

Just admiring the interior on the red car, looks really nice from what can be seen.

Good weather for the last one of the year. Really wanted to come to this one but unfortunately had other commitments......19 years in the garage without moving and today of all days I had to spend getting my father in laws 1964 Morris Oxford Estate out of the garage........ and yes the brakes were seized!!! Oh the wonders of ebay.

The red car was imaculate inside and out. Made mine look a bit shabby  !
It had the earlier dash, but the leather (magnolia?) looked spankingly good! If I remember, it had just over 70k on the clock.

Ps..... Oz, We ought to go for a blast one sunday morning!

Ok, where were you both?.

I initially went down to Hickstead Shell garage to meet up with some others from SELOC (Sussex) but no one there at 07:45 so left and went on me lonesome.

I met up with SELOC (Surrey) and we parked in the Sports cars section as we got there quite early. Left Goodwood full of bacon, around 10am to avoid the runners so only had just over an hour there.

Dougie, you're not too far away, how about a meet one Sunday? Not next weekend though as I'm off to Le Touquet for the weekend.

Oz, Jo mentioned you were supposed to be joining en route, glad to know you made it.

Garry.

Yep, I'm up for that.

Maybe a Sunday when it's not raining.

8am meet and back by 1pm

Where to and when?.

Ockham Common is quite central to meet up initially I think.

How about it?

OZ, Doug? anyone else?

No idea where Ockhill Common is, but it can't be too tricky to find!

I'm having the car SORN at the end of this month, ( no point in using it in the bad weather. And it'll give me a chance to do a few jobs on the old girl.)

I know you cant do this Sunday Gary, but how about the 21st or 28th?

I met a chap with an S3 Esprit from Worthing at Goodwood who may well be up for a blat if we're heading anywhere near the coast. I recon this will be a lot of fun!

3 Excels together 8) :D 8) :D 8) :D 8) .

Any one else up for it?

Guys. Just heard back from Andrew in Worthing, and the 28th is best for him.
Im still happy to do either ( or both!)

Although, if Angus or Nicki have anything to do with it, the car won't be SORN after all!
