Looks nice. Always worried by 'more pictures to follow'. Why? Up to 12 can be posted with the ad!. No mention of the current owner! Is it realistic that a sports car designed to travel at speed over distance and around 30 years of age has such a low milage? Seems remarkable that the wheels needed a refurb! I am new to this particular forum but not new to the classic car scene and do urge caution. That said, I do like the 'funky' red interior.

It'll be 136K ..look at the heater intake grill ..it's rusty ..unlikely to have done only 36K and kept outside for 30 years ...

immaculate cam covers and bolt heads, carbs, not consistent with the carbs. coolant reservoir, air intake box which are showing their age and maybe more miles, new air intake pipe is also strange in a "mint condition" engine bay.

Crap tires on it. Doesn't tell me the owner cares about it being very safe in the wet. If the tires are cheap, is it really in that good of shape?

And put the reg d714fyk and lotus it comes up with over 10 years of mot's and some failures. It's only done 3500 miles in over 10 years. !

That's probably connected to the engine rebuild and a long lay off...

...more importantly - what about the first twenty years?
