The Lotus Grand Tourers

I stripped and cleaned my boot lock at the weekend, I now have a boot that locks. The only problem is the small flap doesn’t shut so it's only a matter of time before it fills with debris again. Has anyone got an old lock that I can pillage for parts?

Mine's been like that for years - I just give it a squirt of grease from an aerosol at regular intervals (i.e. whenever I remember) and it seems to be fine.
