cambelt change - which one to choose

i found two different ones . one for a high compression engine and one for a normal engine.

How do i find out which one i need .
my car is a 1984 model and the engine# is DZ912840221415

a quick check is if the cam covers are black or red? red is HC black is LC.

This is however not 100% reliable as someone could have painted them red to pass off as a high compression SE.

There are other ways to tell and someone with more knowledge than me will let you know ;)

A quick look under the bonnet should establish the shape of the teeth on the existing belt - rounded or square.

thanks - ordered 2 Goodyear 40104 (planing on keeping the car for a while :) )
