Brake and clutch pedal rubbers

Does anyone know if new ones of these are still available or which car they came from.

The clutch and brake pedal rubbers are off the Elan, +2 and Europa and as far as I know are still available from Lotus.
(And better still, don't cost much, a few pounds I think).
