Cam belt cover

I seem to have got two empty brackets that indicate a cover may be missing that fits over the top pulley which the cam belt runs round. Is this whats missing and has anyone got one for sale?

Thanks I've mailed him already. Cant make Stoneleigh unfortunately. If you (or anyone else for that matter) sees one at Stoneleigh can you get me contact details for who ever is selling it?
