The Lotus Grand Tourers

My Excel started to have fitted about 15 years ago new rear seatbelt mounts. I want to reconnect the lower belt now, but the parts manual doesn’t show a lot of detail in terms of the order of spacers and washers - it looks like two spacers and a thin washer, but that doesn’t match what I have and pics on SJ are not very clear. Does anyone have a pic on file they could share, or written info on what should be there?

Is this the upper reel mount or the lower stalk mount?
