Hi to all owners.
I hope my joining fits in with the forum topics. I used to have an Europa S2 back in the mid eighties but sadly had to sell it in the days of 17% mortgages. However, now, one off the bucket list I have a white Esprit S3 N/A, bought last June. The engine was raised to 216bhp at 6900rpm in 2016.
During the winter months, SORNed, I replaced the gear change bushes, underside tidying and cleaning, interior cleaning and improvements to the sound system.
Found the forum with a general enquiry on the part number for the spacer between the inlet manifold and the carburettors. I ordered 4 replacements for the thin flimsy inserts and now have 2 with the tapering throat and 2 plain flat spacers.

Welcome Steve. Primarily we have history topics for Elite/Eclat/Excel. Not so much for Esprits as they were allowed entry into the fold only recently, but we have a great Engine guy who knows the 900 very well and a few like yourself Esprits.

Hi Steve, welcome from another newby who recently bought a white Elite also to try and fill the void of previous Europa S2 ownership from the eighties.

I had the nS2 Europa for quite a few years. In the time I replaced the chassis, brake system and refurbished most other stuff. The cost of getting the body work done proved a bit much along with 17% mortgage. Loved the car, a real masterpiece. I don't have anything from my ownership but will be happy to help if I have had the experience.
