Purge Pump

Hi,
Just changed the motor inside the purge pump. Can anyone tell me how the temperature sender connects to the pump, it is just via the relay with the 2, 2ap fuses?

Technically 3 fuses in the circuit.
Numbers:
29 - decel relay supply
30 - pump relay supply
31 - motor supply through pump relay
Motor supply to earth through temp switch. Obviously temp needs to be hot so just short temp switch lead to engine earth to test cold

All working now although I am wondering if its going to switch itself off before the battery goes flat!!

It will. Turn key one position to see if stops.
What was issue?

It stopped after about 10mins, probably when the engine cooled down, seems to be functioning correctly after motor change
