The Lotus Grand Tourers

Not been out in the dark too much lately but I noticed that my headlights had got a slight jer jer jiggle. I thought the rods had developed some play on the lift mechanism, during the 25 years + that Ive had the car I have never touched them. But it was a very simple fix so I thought I would pass it on. Take the headlight unit out and look down the length of the lift rod and the motor actuation arm, they should be in a straight line. After loosening the motor arm nut and realigning, hey presto, no more jiggling.
