Well done. That looks very nice. I regret not using the combo fabric, but as yet I have no problems. I bet you have a great sense of achievement now! Enjoy the quieter ride - I couldn't believe how much creaking disappeared overnight.

Guys the work in this post is really impressive.. but I did find it all a little confusing. Has anyone got a section diagram showing the layers built up in order and what each consisted of? Also the pics of the cracks are largely close ups, those of the repairs seem to show the whole wheel well. Were the cracks that extensive or is this just for strength?

One question as well- given the weakness of this area is it a good idea to reinforce with a few layers of extra matting even if cracks aren't evident?

Did anyone use the carbon fibre materials? Lastly if anyone with such a repair lives close to Surrey I'd love to come and see it?
