Thanks for all the ticket purchases guys - this is really helping. Because of those, and the surplus from sticker sales, we can just about afford to have a 3m x 6m marquee as Excel HQ at Hethel and the afactory team are going to provide a table and chairs for us too.


Keep those orders coming - numbers are getting limited!

Claire and I will be arriving Saturday afternoon and leaving Monday morning so can probably help with setting up and will certainly be there to help pack up on Sunday night.

I'd be happy to have our car on the stand if needed but it's far from concours standard.

Looking foward to it already.

We're parking on some of it....and the rest is set aside for booked pax laps with an Elise instructor AFAIK.

also forgot to mention got the tickets ok, very fast servce! rob.

Saturday 13th - demo laps on the full test track- I believe £20 a time.
Sunday 14th - demo laps on south circuit - similar price.
As Angus says the north part of the circuit will be used for parking with, I understand, Lotus cars on the back straight/runway and otherson the grass between that and the factory straight.

do you know how to pre book the laps?

Demo Laps:- Can be booked on 01953 608190 via Donna Clayton on a first come first served basis for the Saturday and Sunday.

As most of you will be aware Lotus Club International are hosting a BBQ on Saturday 13th of September at Lotus HQ, Hethel for LCI members and for the Community Clubs who will taking part in our open day celebrations on the 14th September. The BBQ will be open between 6 and 9pm and there will be a preview of the Evora story between 6 and 8pm. Tickets for the event are £12.00 each.

The cut off date for tickets is MONDAY 25TH AUGUST, although numbers are limited and are being issued on a first come first served basis. To obtain tickets please call me between 08.15 to 17.15 Monday to Thursday and to 12.15 on a Fridays - tel: 01953 608689

Hmmm - no power available in the marquees - does anyone have access to a generator or something similar which we can use to power a couple of laptops ? (I have one that can run from a cigarette lighter socket).
