I have a PayPal account, but only for buying stuff. I think I have to "upgrade" to accept payments. I'll do some research!

You should have IBAN and BIC codes on a bank statement somewhere - these work for international payments from pretty much all civilised countries.

Unfortunately, a bank transfer between European countries costs about £ 3, but from Europe to GB it cost 10/15 pound .This is because UK has never joined the European Banking Treaty ... ,why ?...I don' t know With paypal it costs much less
