Lotus Bits nor SJ have stock no one out there seems to have stock. From what i have been told everyone gets the discs from the same place so there are none out there.

Brakes International supplied me with excellent new Calipers. Try them for discs.

I have a used disc off my SE. I had a vibration when braking so I checked the right, front disc and found the run-out was excessive and its thickness was below spec so I got a new pair from LotusBits last November or so. When I fitted them, I found that the left-hand disc was in OK condiition. It looks like someone had changed just one disc or only the right-hand caliper had been working. Either way, I replaced both discs but did not throw away the decent one.

Your welcome to have it if yours don't clean up and you are willing to pay the postage cost. Of course, it only meets half your need but you may be lucky with the skimming on at least one side.
What car is that?

Well went up to lotus bits today and dropped off my Rad to get recored with a 3 core and dropped my control arms off with them to put that horrible bush in for me. Hopefully soon when the control arms are done i can put my front end back together. The discs have been cleaned up and are ready to use so thats brill so year all good.

My front doors have dropped so makes it hard to open them so i managed to get them alined today so happy with that. Also wrapped my downpipe with exhaust wrap as it looked horrible with the load of gun gum over it :D .

Well after a cracking Saturday out at Castle Combe which was brilliant and really good to meet some of you. I spent all of yesterday gutting our garage and turning it into my workshop for the lotus putting parts on shelves and organising everything. Had about 2 full car loads of crap for the tip.

On Sunday i got my hubs back from my partners dad so i spend sunday after the garage was converted putting the brakes and everything on ready to just bolt on once i get the lower control arms back from lotus bits.

Well we are almost done on the front end today i put the suspension back in along with the brakes and it looks great. All i need to do is pump up the tyres put her on the floor measure the gap between the top of the tyre and the arch then jack her back up put my ratchet strap on get the correct mesurement with the car up in the air and tighten all the bolts up.

I have the radiator which is now a 3 core all i am waiting for is the top brackets from Lotus bits which where missing but will be here tomorrow :D . Then i can start on the rear however, that will be waiting for a little while as funds are a little bit tight now so she will be put on hold for a while until i can save up a little more.

Hello Everyone,

So good news the car is almost done now. The last things it needs are both pipes at the back replaced from the Y connector as they decided to round off from the flexi hose. The other thing it needs is a new handbrake switch as when the handbrake is off it shows as it still on so i believe it needs changing. Can someone tell me where this is please :).
