Any one interested in a Car show - real not virtual! In Tamworth Staffs.
I did this one a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time the museum had held a car show. It was so successful they are doing it again on the 26th July. A really interesting venue with narrow gauge trains running and an excellent museum.
https://statfoldbarnrailway.co.uk/
Cost is £5 to cover the extra staff and things like constant toilet cleaning due to Covid 19.
You can book here https://statfoldbarnrailway.digitickets ... atID=28026&
They will send you an email with a ticket to print.
In the car club box put Club Lotus as it is the Staffs branch that a re reserving the space. Don't worry if you are not a member. If you decide to come please drop me a PM so I can keep track of numbers. We currently have 10 coming.

Socially Distanced Cars in Strawberry Park…
26th July 2020
Following the success of our recent car show, we are holding another ‘Cars in Strawberry Park’ on the 26th July 2020.
‘Cars in Strawberry Park’ will be PRE-PURCHASED TICKETS ONLY and have LIMITED NUMBERS but will be a great day out for all to enjoy and will be set in the glorious backdrop of our show field.
Gates open at 11:00 and close at 16:00.
There be a variety of cars from vintage classics to modern day icons for all to enjoy.
Why not bring a picnic and enjoy a sit on the grass?
The museum building will be open, and we are offering a steam train service, tickets for this can be purchased onsite for an additional charge.

The Lotus Eclat, a lot like the English Whisky company: comes from Norfolk and better than you are often told it is.

Sorry if you have missed out on a ticket for this. Appears they sold rather fast. I have emailed the organiser to see if he can squeeze any more in but no reply so far. I know the numbers were restricted to help social distancing. If I hear of another one I will try and post a bit sooner.
Cheers, Phil

Good to meet you Darren - Some pictures here of 4 seater wedge interest. Those of us who were at the Bicester show in 2016 might remember Darren's car.
Cheers, Phil
