this looks like a very good buy at the 'buy it now' price.

Trying to get info and pics from the owner is like pulling teeth........
The car is up near Carlise and a long way to travel......I've asked several questions and got little more than a one word answer......
Doesn't inspire me to take an 8 hr round trip to have a look........
I'm not saying anything is untoward....but being a little more forthcoming may help sell it....lol

Will be interesting to watch. Maybe seller just wants rid. Ad says it was last MOTed in 2001, but putting plate in checker says 2008 / 9. Might just be genuine mistake or typo, but you'd have thought a serious seller would want it right.
Either way, the outside at least doesn't look like a car off road for 10 years plus.
Could well be a good buy, but like said, a car like this always needs looking at to be sure.
What goes together.... Must come apart.

Steering wheel has mildew.

One might want to get a whiff before calling it too cheap

Everything shows signs of damp - not just the steering wheel...eg look at the seat belt near the door sill.

The sun roof is the obvious problem. I'd swap that out for a lightweight carbon panel straighaway. I've done this swap on the Clan which had a leaky aftermarket glass sunroof installed by the PO. The fibreglass roof isn't stiff enough to ensure a leak-free installation because vibrations from the heavy glass panel breaks all attempts to seal the frame ..and it's unlikely that you will find a glass panel with the same contour as the roof. The carbon looks cool too.
