Front wheels are castored, rears fixed. Engine can be rotated all the way round in 45 degree increments. The stand is in excellent condition and works perfectly, the paint on the wheels is worn but otherwise looks like new, it's even been cleaned. I'll also throw in some bolts that are long enough and the right thread for mounting a Lotus engine.
Mike Taylor (LotusBits) did advise me to make an adaptor so the engine can also be attached via the engine mount locations on the side. I didn't do this (partly due to lack of metal fabrication equipment), and didn't find this to be a problem.
