Having a bit of a clear out and Ebay-ing session of Lotus parts and other stuff I've accumulated over the years to help fund the renovation work on the Excel.
I have found in my box of Lotus spares a brand new bonnet gas strut. It looks like the later replacement type that is the Range Rover classic item. It is still in its wrapping and is the same as the one fitted to the Excel that I recently bought. Before putting it on Ebay I wanted to offer it to you chaps first. I'm happy to sell it for £10, which includes shipping it via second class Royal Mail delivery via a signed service (the price will increase if someone outside of the UK would like to purchase it due to the additional shipping and tax costs).
