Wires under the driver seat. what are these?

What are these wires for? The gray one is crimped off and the black one looks like it has a female bullet connector on the end - both are seemingly from the factory and located under the carpet under the driver's seat. They are pretty thin, so I can't imagine they are for a seat heater heating element. Any ideas?

They look like the seat belt warning wires.
i.e buckle up or a light will annoy you for the remainder of the journey.

Interesting thought, but I don't think so after further investigation... you can see the seatbelt wires on the far right and their quick connects (black tubes) that then lead in to the body.

But I now have another question. What are the two additional wires I unearthed back there? These green and black wires have larger dual female bullet connectors on each end. The green one is well adhered to the body and couldn't be moved.

So now I have 4 wires under there that I don't know their purpose.
