Fan problems

Hi, I've an 84 eclat excel and the fan has stopped working, i've checked the motor thats good so's the otter switch and all the wire in between is fine as well. I think the problem is the relay but i can't find it, where is it ??
when i put a meter on i'm getting plenty of electric but soon as theres a load i.e the motor the power cuts to nothing.

the relay you want is on the right side of the car under the dash beside the fuse box. there are five relays mounted vertically next to the fuse box, starting from the top they are, horn relay, hrs relay, rad fan relay, ac compressor clutch relay, front fog relay. hope this helps.
