Just had my system regassed and sorted with R12 alternative by acdcairconditioning.co.uk based in Derbyshire / Nottingham area. Mobile service came to me and really knew his stuff. Highly recommended.

Do they have only changed the gas or something of the hardware too? How much have you spent on it?

There is now a legal replacement for R12. There was no need to change gaskets, oil or seals etc. The job took around two hours and the charge was £80 and the system works fine.
