I was thinking of driving down to England from Sweden with my Excel and attend a Lotus event. Which event would you recommend?

It depends on what kind of event you like,
If you want a Lotus event the Lotus festival will be a good one.
The Classic car show at the NEC is a big one if you want a static show.
If you want more action you can go for Cholmondeley.
Excel.net will be at all these events I think, so it will be a chance to meet other Excel owners.
