On the off chance that somebody may know. How the hell can I get an offside overrider for my '89 SE? Tried SJ and he has a nearside. Tried Lotusbits and no go. Tried find-a-part universal scrappy and they just laughed.
Currently thinking of using an old fag packet and some hammerite.....

Re: Overriders again folks
Try Matt at Lotusspares, he's an occasional visitor to the forum and has broken a couple of Excels for spares.
spares@lotusclubonline.co.uk
Bought a lower radiator duct from him, good service.
Or Pete Musgrove at PNM Engineering is a mine of information and sometimes breaks Lotus wedges:

Alternatively, try covering something in this:

You might have a bit spare though!

Re: Overriders again folks
How bad is your old one, mine were rubbish but i filled them up with bodyfiller sanded them to the right shape and used some textured paint then matt blacked them. also the studs snapped on the back but i drilled them out and fitted spire bolts. they are quite acceptable now

Thanks both.
I'll try these leads and try and locate one, prefer not to bodge it as am trying to keep her close enough to original. Ta for the help.
