Sorry for the bad quality pic but better ones will follow.
These ar my new "old school" 16" konig wheels
Hope you like them
I have taken them for a spin around the block and they feel good, only a little less comfy due to smaller sidewalls.
I will take a decent pic when salt is gone.

Lotus Excel SE full leather, aircon, 16" Konig rewind, twin 104 cam's
Triumph TR6 CR 11/1, fast road 89, roller rockers, pulse header, Overdrive
Ferrari Mondial Cabriolet 3.2 quatrovalvole
Range Rover Sport HSE luxury
Mini clubman Hampton
Wheels are Konig Rewind Graphite 7 X 16 ET 0 4 X 114.3
Hubcentric rings 73-60
Bolts conical 12 X 1.5
Front tyres 205 45 16 Uniroyal Rainsport 3
Rear tyres 225 40 16 Uniroyal Rainsport 3
225 would not be a problem on front but I did not want to put to much strain on the front suspension.
Wheels scrub more than enough with 215 on tight corners
Estheticaly there is hardly any difference between the 2 sizes
The total costed me about 1000 £
Wheels were imported from US http://www.jlbmotorsports.com
I tried to source them in Europe but no one had them in stock or wanted to deliver them
It seems to be that they have to order 5 sets before Konig wants to start their machines for a specific offset and PCD

As soon as the weather permits I will unleash her and will take some extra pics.
Excel is sleeping in a nice warm & dry garage with her pyjama's on, dreaming of +20°c and a long dry winding road, while all the policemen are on holliday.

If you havent got something even slightly sensible to say please dont answer/reply to my posts, just putting a after an insult doesnt make it acceptable.
As I have said before I really like the Golden compomotives.
We both have a different approach to our cars
I think MrcoolA is a performance oriented owner with his 200 bhp+ engine and all his other improvements. The compomotives are a reflection of what goes on under the bonnet and what the car is capable of.
I am afraid that I am a bit more of a "poser" so I have added a bit of 80's style bling bling wheels.

I think a choice of new wheels is realy a personal choice
MrcoolA asked a straight question and got a straight answer - all that matters when you choose wheels is that you are happy with them. The gold works really well with the blue body work but might not work so well as chrome on the red. It's just horses for courses - no right or wrong
