That's a shame Angus but all is not lost!

A PO had fitted my washer bottle with a Hellman's mayonnaise lid (small jar I think) which I have since painted a more discrete black. Works a treat if you can't find the proper thing.

If you can figure out where they come from I'd be interested to restore mine to the original as well.
