Passenger door closes and locks OK, but it rattles on the B post door catch when driving along.
What adjustments could I try please?

find out if its the door mooving or the striker plate... if its the door mooving its going to be the beam is "past it" or there is excesive play in the hingepin... if its the striker plate its an easy fix...
