how about dooing it this way for thoes who wernt overly impressed with the "CC"... mucch easier to seal again too... and the excel was the only one in the range not to have a lift out roof!...

i havnt got a battery grinder... yet! so for the time being your cars safe...
please dont get me wrong i absoultly hate sending a car (well body shell) to the sweeping A road in the sky, but if it means another 50 of our cars keep going for a few more years it makes it more bareable... and if someone comes along wanting a scratch built, well sorted, excel built i would personally jump at the chance to increase our number by one (or 10 if they wanted...) we dont dispose of anything that could easily be used again.
by the way both of the roofs i have cut off are being used on other cars to remove sunroofs, one on my first excel and the second posibly in a certan SA we have in at the moment
