Love the commentary on the Excel video saying about the arial being gaffer taped up, "That was never going to happen; was it?" I think the comment about giving the Elite a flash over of paint in a weekend might be a bit optimistic, though.

Something very wrong with that Elite.
it's badged 504, but the stick looks manual and definitely isn't the original - and the walk around shows the replacement HC engine from LB.

Converted from auto to a manual?
Maybe it has the gearbox as well as the engine from the Excel?
Doe look like owner never got around to notifying DVLA of engine swap it seems.

I did wonder whether it was on an Excel chassis. It sold for £1800 which seemed a bit of a bargain the way prices seem to be going.
