Missed that note Richard, but I guess it's in my email inbox.
I'll still be along a week later.

Yes - I will still be going on the 25th. Potential attendees should have received an email that you should respond to, to say if you are still going or not.
Cheers, Phil

Unfortunately this now clashes with my hometown car show in Leamington that I signed up for so I won’t make Hinckley this year - enjoy yourselves!

Tesco Car Park is a good start point
Yes Tesco car park was good last year. I know of two other Excels coming who are members of Club lotus Staffs one of which was there last year.
Note, Entry route is different this year! Is this for Group only? Anyone got an Individual entry map?

Just looking back and appears an 8:45 meet in Tesco's was the plan last year. Does this suit ? I'll assume so unless I see as an alternative later this evening.
I only have to the group booking invite which shows entry from North East.

The instructions from the organisers say to turn up between 730 and 830. The discussion above said that we would meet at Tesco at 8 o’clock.

I’m sure it is earlier than it has been in the past. I’m pretty sure last time I didn’t turn up until at least 10 o’clock.

The official route in is from the top of town. We can discuss entering from the south to get to argents need surface car park where we were last year. Looks like they want groups down the high street. Im on site so will be at Tesco for 8
