Just as a Thank you to Mike at Lotusbits, and a tip to you guys, in case you come up against the same problem!

Replaced the whole of my braking system, calipers. discs, pads, master cylinder, servo.

This was a while ago, now it's all up and running again, I couldn't get it past the MOT because the pads were not backing off the discs, so they were binding.

I WAS going to take all the calipers apart, work the pistins back and forward, regrease the sliders, but fortunately phoned Mike first.

What he said made a lot of sense, jack wheel up, push the pedal down, cannot turn wheel.

break open the bleed valve on the caliper, if the wheel free's up, it's the fluid pressure, not dropping.

His next bit of advice was that it would be the pushrod between the MC and the servo.

took it off, screwed it in 4mm, worked, got MOT.
I just assembled it assuming the pushrod length would be right!!!!

Thanks Mike.
