blower has stopped working

Hi All

The heater motor has just stopped in my 1990 se, we know that power is going to it, dare I ask is there a easy way to get it out or free it up?

After a year of fan speeds position 1 and 4 only-2 decided to work again
I'm suspecting dirt/corrosion on the switch contacts.

my switch is working fine, all speeds 1 to 4. But did need to put a new motor in to get it going though.
