Stunning is the only word for it - well done.
Some of them are just driving a racing car but some are racing drivers.

To steal a line from a classic film/book.

'It's alive'

Very nice to see one returned to the road.

I know we need bits but a lot being disassembles and sold for parts of late. This is a nice change.

You know what after years of really thinking the flared arch models were much much nicer I am really starting to apreciate the lines of the original. Very sharp and clean. I did really like that black one at sportmotive with the supercharger and nitros.
I didnt realise the dash was out as well. Id doff my hat to you ( if I had one), first class job, inspirational.

Mind if I have a look under the bonnet, sir?

I'd be interested in the process for bringing the bodywork back....is that spray filler you used in those grey/white patches?? Did you remove the original paint and clear lacquer completely, or just seal over the top of it? Mine will be needing the full respray in due course, and I'm interested to know just how far back to the fibreglass you need to go....

That's why I reckon this one is probably nearly worth the money

Click for Lc toyota wheeled Excel

Prefer the centre bonnet vent on SE's though...

Lotii1 - You should submit this story and pics to a magazine like 'classic and sports cars' you may be able to get some of the money back you have spent :!:

Looks superb
