I've only driven a hyabusa Westfield, but it feels REALLy weird revving it to 3K as you let the clutch in.
This in a car weighing sub 500Kgs, I dread to think what twice the weight would feel like????
And you need an extra gearbox for reverse!!

Best bang for buck has to be Dave Ryders suggestion-fitting Ngk BPR7EIX plugs.
I changed from BPR6EY's and its hard to believe how much the driving characteristics have changed.I'd say 80% of low end hesitation has gone ,now much smoother and easier going up the rev range.Feels like a proper Lotus
For anyone, like me who was considering EFI I'd suggest giving these a try 1st.
Preset(at 0.7mm I think) due to the narrow electrode, simply bolt in and go.

will try the plugs, i know im running NGKs at the moment, but not sure which....
still curious how much the car would weigh with a bike engine in it rather than the lotus lump, im pretty sure the lotus lump would be a lot heavier than the bike engine would....
Oz.
