Any recommendations for good spring compressors that will work with front and rear springs.
It’s a job I hate and my old compressors are not looking healthy. So looking for quality ones to make the job as safe and easy as possible. Will be used with standard springs.

Re: Spring compressor recommendations
I've lost the ability to post pictures Alan, but have emailed you a picture of my spring compressors on a rear spring.
I always use them in conjunction with an M12 x 500mm long threaded bar which I pass through the spring with a bar across each end when I need to remove the spring compressors from the spring once off the car.
The rears I find an absolute doddle. Jack the car up, then put wheel down on blocks to take the spring back to ride height. With access now from underneath, I can put these compressors around the spring and just close the clamps finger tight. When I then jack the car again to take the weight off the suspension, the spring is free allowing damper to be removed with no further agro.
Fronts were a bit more fiddly though

Struggling with picture insert still, but I think the attached link will allow you to see the photo.

Just a case of Percy Verance.
This is a rear spring, pretty much the length it would be when sitting at ride height. As can be seen, compressors are at full length, so impossible to remove from spring without putting a threaded rod down the centre with a plate each end and taking the spring load into the rod to free from compressor, but no real hassle.
