External car cover

Post by Kerry »

I was wondering if someone can recommend an external breathable car cover that has a frame like a pram that keeps the cover away from the car?
Many thanks

Kerry

Here’s one:

Google ‘folding car cover’ and you’ll find more.

If you can I would look at a Carcoon. These are fully sealed, have a ventilation system to avoid condensation etc and also a trickle charger.

Umbrella types can allow water to run under them and build up condensation inside them.

Many thanks Alan, I have looked at the cocoon system which seems very good. The problem for me is that the car is parked on the front drive and there is no external power socket and cables would have to pass through the kitchen window and across the floor, so I am a little restricted.

Sorry Alan, yes the majority have plastic or plastic type covers which would cause condensation which is no good for me, this is why I am struggling to find a suitable cover.
