Once you have pressed the bearing from the hub carrier you will see a circular clip between the inner races. It doesn't fit around the entire circumference of the races. Carefully mount the bearing in a soft-jawed vice and gently tap on one inner race edge between the ends of the clip - use something like a very blunt cold chisel (completely grind off the cutting edge). The race will come out without much difficulty. The other inner race can then be lifted from the outer bearing race. The clip's only purpose is to keep the two halves of the bearing together while in it's original packaging.
Here is a photo of one I have just dismantled - you can see what a sorry state it's in:
