50 tear old advertisement
I have come across this Duckhams advertisement - very poor quality - does anybody have a better version?
"M" registrations were used from Aug 1973 to Jul 1974, so I guess that one could say it is a 50 year old advertisement
Was there a series of Duckhams advertisements from this period?
This one is in colour!

It would have been better for Rudd's reputation if he'd been pointing out that the Duckhams is poured into the oil filler cap and not the cam belt cover, radiator or water pump!
Bonnet off is needed mind you for a cam belt change. Probably did an oil change at same time.
I suppose the reality is; cameraman says we need you standing on the nearside front looking into the engine bay. Hold-on! I can't see you! Can you take the bonnet off?

Presumably it wasn't long before Valvoline offered better incentives? Or did the Duckhams Q wreck the engines!

Interesting plate on the red Elite.
It is one later than the registration of the prototype Coupe we had on stand at the last NEC show.
There's no record of the plate on DVLA but that's consistent with many of the plates on early press cars.
