Camshaft drive
The camshaft drive sprockets on my '85 LC Excel are pretty worn. Should I just replace them or is this a good opportunity to change over to a HTD belt? Doable or a can of worms? And the spring tensioner, can this be changed to the later more solid style?

Re: Camshaft drive
Yes - would be a good time to upgrade.
Remember it's 3 big and 1 small
They normally come in kits of 2+1 on fleabay - the aux is usually left out
If you are swapping them anyway I would. I had my worn HTDs replaced recently on a cam belt change with no issues.
Re the tensioner, I cant confirm if swappable.
