That picture shows as if there is lots of room around the Master Cylinder for access. But on my 1990 SE as said
the Fuse & Relay Board is in the way, of seeing it & getting to it.

Somewhat belated, but might help someone in the future:Has anyone any pictures of under the Dash, of the Clutch Master Cylinder to show exactly the Clevis Pin & the Bolts?

This picture taken after the pedal box is removed, but the only real obstruction is the fuse block and relay rack.
There's only 2 off M6 bolts holding the electrics in place, but the side one is very difficult to reach. I made up a special long bolt last year, which makes removal very easy (ignore the nut far left. Thats there just to keep all in place whilst removed).
