Dellorto Autopsy - Article

Post by rbgosling »

One of my favourite features in Practical Classics is the Autopsy - usually an entire (and unusual) engine fully dissected for your pleasure, but in the Jan '21 issue they did the Dellorto Carburettor. Yes, I know I'm a couple of issues behind, I'm actually finding under current circumstances I have less time to read my magazine!

It's not often they cover something so directly relevant to our cars, so it was a treat to find. Also very reminiscent of the dissected Dellorto pictures I did back here!

Have another look - I think I've created a different link that doesn't require you to be logged in to Google Photos.

Photos there now. Really sharp image. Can read the whole article.
Is that a scan or did you photo to page? I've never found out how to post anything other than a jpg file. 😕
Thanks for posting.

I just took a photo with my iPhone (elderly SE, none of your modern fancy-pants multi-camera gubbins), uploaded to Google Photos. Then getting a link that is visible to all was a slight faff though...

Great article!

Re posting pdfs, no you can’t. However on my scanner there is an option to scan a document as a jpg file which works well, as an alternative to taking a picture.

Cheers, Richard

Useful post.

I particularly like the parts layout ...a valuable resource for us Lotus 907/912 fans. :D
