Headlights

For all those wiring gremlins we love, this is the place to discuss them.

Headlights

Post by Tanz »

Got a pair of new headlights at the Lotus show last week - £30 each.
The reflective surface was starting to fall off my old ones

Suprised how easy it was to change them - could do with the alignment checking but may leave that to the MOT. Need a test drive in the dark to see if there is any improvement,

Cheers,
Phil

That looks a king compared to mine. I replaced them a few weeks ago and also found it easy although the rusted fitting rings had added themselves to the to do list. Paid £35 from sj though plus postage

The fitting rings on mine had mild surface rust so I just smeared grease on them to slow down the process. Should last a while yet. Suprised the lights just pushed into 3 rubber grommets,
